Lupin Developments is a NZ owned and operated company formed in 2004 with prior housing development experience in Australia. Our focus has been primarily in the Kapiti coast — particularly Otaki.

We personally manage all of the design, consenting, and construction activities from start to finish. By taking ownership of all components we believe that we are better equipped to deliver on our clients’ dreams of connected, healthy, liveable spaces. 

Our customers are always central to our design and decision making. We understand the role we play in building strong communities. Communities that not only have warm, quality homes but that are also connected and safe. 

We truly care about what we do. This means personally managing every part of the process and choosing ‘what is right’ by the environment and the customer over what offers the highest return.
